Bryan Chamberlin jumped with two feet into real estate in 2009, a time when thousands of real estate agents were fleeing the industry in pursuit of more secure and stable forms of income. It was after the 2008 economic collapse and the real estate economy had made a full transition from boom to bust. Foreclosures were abundant, able home buyers were few, and home sales had crawled to a snail’s pace.
It was no picnic, but with lots of hard work and an unyielding determination to serve clients through this time, these challenges begin to lay the foundation for what would come years later. In 2016 wife Maria joined Bryan in real estate, and they formed Chamberlin Real Estate Team.
One day, while discussing the never-ending complexities, surprises, and challenges of a particular real estate transaction with another agent, the words “it’s a jungle,” were spoke, and a seed was planted in Bryan’s mind. The vision for a fresh real estate company grew and Jungle Realty Group was born.
